This prayer and fasting is in our own time from 12:00 am Midnight CST/USA to 3:00pm CST/USA. We encourage everyone to do at least two days out of the week, but do as the Lord Holy Spirit leads you.

A reminder to everyone, this Spiritual Fast is in your zone. From 12:00 am midnight to 3:00 pm afternoon. 

Do what you can and talk to God about it. This Fasting is to seek more of the Lord through the Word of God and prayer. As we grow Spiritually, we are also becoming disciplined in seeking more of the Lord, to love Him more and be obedient to His Word of God. 

"Draw near to GOD and He will draw near to you."

James 4:8 NKJV

This is a reminder to everyone, a disciple is only a disciplined child of God. To be disciplined, we must follow instructions in righteousness. 

By fasting and praying, we are only growing in the Spirit to look more like Jesus and love God more.
